Shipping & Delivery Policy – Sew Centre ltd T/A Happy Japan UK
We want you to receive your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. We aim to process and dispatch all orders on the same working day, where possible.
Orders placed before 12:00pm (Monday–Friday) will typically be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, or outside of business hours, will be processed on the next working day. We will contact you if there are any issues with dispatch.
We are based in the United Kingdom, and our business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.
If you require your order urgently or by a specific date, please ensure you select the appropriate delivery option at checkout or contact us prior to ordering.

Standard Delivery (Next Working Day Service)
Most of our products are shipped using a next working day delivery service via our trusted courier partners.
- Orders dispatched on a working day typically arrive the next working day
- Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier performance
- Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched
Premium Delivery Services
We also offer a range of premium delivery options, including:
- Saturday delivery
- Sunday delivery
- Timed delivery services

Dispatch & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Shipping Costs
- All sewing machines sold by Sew Centre Ltd include FREE delivery
- Any applicable delivery charges will be shown before you complete your purchase
Specific Delivery Dates
If you require delivery on a specific date within three weeks of purchase, please contact us at help@sewcentre.co.uk. We will always do our best to accommodate your request.
Important Information
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order
- Changes to delivery details must be requested as soon as possible after ordering
- We cannot guarantee amendments once an order has been dispatched
- Saturdays, Sundays, and UK Bank Holidays are not classed as working days

At present, Sew Centre Ltd ships within the United Kingdom only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
